Pirlioğlu Dried Nuts Food Industry and Trade Limited Company ("Data Controller" or "Pirlioğlu") would like to inform you that you have rights under Article 11 of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("Law").
As the data subject, you can send your requests regarding personal data using this Data Subject Application Form ("Application Form") within the scope of Article 5 of the Regulation on Procedures and Principles for Application to the Data Controller under Article 13 of the Law.
1. DATA SUBJECT RIGHTS
We, Pirlioğlu, would like to state that you have rights under Article 11 of the Law.
As the data subject, you can submit your requests regarding personal data using this Data Subject Application Form ("Application Form") in writing and in Turkish, within the scope of Article 5 of the Regulation on Procedures and Principles for Application to the Data Controller under Article 13 of the Law.
You can make the following requests with the Application Form:
a) Learn whether your personal data is being processed,
b) Request information if your personal data has been processed,
c) Learn the purpose of processing your personal data and whether they are used in accordance with their purpose,
d) Know the third parties to whom your personal data are transferred domestically or abroad,
e) Request correction of your personal data if it is incomplete or inaccurate,
f) Request deletion or destruction of your personal data in accordance with the Law and relevant legislation if the reasons for processing no longer exist,
g) Request notification of actions taken under subparagraphs (e) and (f) to third parties to whom personal data have been transferred,
h) Object to the occurrence of a result against you due to analysis of the processed data exclusively by automatic systems,
i) Request compensation for damages in case of suffering damage due to the unlawful processing of personal data.
2. APPLICATION METHOD
Applications to Pirlioğlu under Articles 11 and 13 of the Law can be made by completing this form with your identity information and obtaining a printed copy,
· Delivering the Application Form signed by the data subject in person or through an authorized representative specifically empowered to “…………………..” address,
· Delivering the signed Application Form by the data subject with a signed petition through a notary to the “………………………….” address,
· Sending the signed Application Form by the data subject to Pirlioğlu's registered electronic mail (KEP) address via secure electronic signature or mobile signature,
· Sending the signed Application Form by the data subject to the email address provided to Pirlioğlu previously and registered in our data recording system ………………….using their own electronic mail address.

To ensure the security of your personal data, within seven (7) business days from the date your application reaches Pirlioğlu, Pirlioğlu may contact you to confirm that you are the data subject and may request some information and documents from you if necessary. Upon our request, information and documents must be completed and submitted to us. The processing of the request will be suspended until the information and documents are fully submitted. We are not responsible for any errors, deficiencies, or outdated information provided that may cause errors and damages.
